Stuck, spotted a bug, or have an idea? Email hello@deplexed.com and a person will reply, usually within a day. Include your username if you have one and the device you are on. Screenshots help.
There is also a Suggest an exercise button in the app's menu. Every suggestion is read.
is there an app?
Yes, for iPhone and iPad. It is the same Deplexed with reminders, widgets and Sign in with Apple. Sign in on both and your progress follows you.
Download on theApp Storedo I need an account?
No. On iPhone the whole app works without one, and your progress is kept on the device. An account adds cloud sync across devices, friends, leaderboards and your public profile. Sign in with Apple or with email.
my progress disappeared
If you were signed out, your progress is still on the device you played on. Sign back in on that device and it will merge into your account. If you reinstalled the app while signed out, the device copy is gone with it, which is the one case we cannot recover.
how do I delete my account?
Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Everything tied to your account is removed within moments. The details are in the privacy policy.
what is Club?
Club is the paid tier. The core app is free and stays free. Club adds themes, unlimited retakes of the IQ test and Memory Index with full trend history, and the Cognitive Insights report. New accounts get a free trial, and inviting a friend earns you both extra days.
is the IQ test real?
It is an estimate for training and curiosity, built from picture and number puzzles that need no language and scored on the familiar 100 scale. It is not a clinical or professionally administered assessment, and the results screen says so. The same goes for the Memory Index.
health data
On iPhone you can let Deplexed read sleep and step counts from the Health app to enrich your Insights report. It is optional, read-only, stays on your device, and can be turned off in Settings or in the Health app at any time.
notifications
Daily reminders are optional. Turn them on or off in Settings, then Reminders, or in your phone's notification settings.
something looks wrong
Force-quit the app and open it again first. If it still looks wrong, email us with what you tapped and what you expected. If the app showed an error screen, the message on it has already been reported to us automatically.
